Returns & Exchanges

At Oyela, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if you're not completely satisfied, our hassle-free return policy allows for returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Oyela account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags are attached and the Return Authorization slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
